The Chairman of the Greater Moncton Sewerage Commission, Ronald J. LeBlanc, has been invited to make a presentation at the Canadian Water and Wastewater Association Annual General meeting to be held in Ottawa from November 30th to December 1st 2004. His presentation will be entitled: Municipal Stewardship and Contributions to Sustainability and the Betterment of the Canadian Environment.
