TransAqua serves the three area Municipalities of Dieppe, Moncton and Riverview with a major network of
collector sewers, Wastewater Pumping Stations, a Wastewater Treatment Facility and a Composting Facility.
TransAqua currently has a vacancy for three Summer Students.
Job Overview:
Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, Summer Students are directly responsible for the provision of
compost to the public, grounds maintenance and general labour work. Students may be required to rotate
job tasks within the operation.
Major Responsibilities:
- Provide compost to the public during weekdays and Saturday.
- Operate a small tractor to load compost into trucks and trailers.
- Receive payment for compost from the public.

Perform general maintenance work (cleaning, painting, lawn mowing, trimming, equipment, vehicles, etc.)
at the wastewater and compost facilities.
Essential and Desirable Qualifications:
The preferred candidate:
- Must be a student enrolled in a post-secondary educational institution.
- Should possess strong human relations and communications skills.
- The ability to communicate verbally and in written form in both official languages will be considered an asset.
