TransAqua provides a public process tour of the Wastewater Treatment Facility and/or the Compost Facility on Wednesday each week between 8am and 4pm. One tour guide can accommodate up to 10 people in one group. The age limit for guests is 10 years old due to the complexity of the process and tour group safety.

TransAqua provides technical tours for Industry, Commercial and Institutional entities when required.
