Victor Cormier is the business owner of The Tailored Closet & PremierGarage of Moncton.  The Tailored Closet of Moncton offers custom design in-home storage solutions.  PremierGarage of Moncton provides one-stop flooring and storage solutions for all your garage needs.

He previously worked over 22+ yrs with a construction company specializing in the design, fabrication, and installation of floating membrane cover systems for water and wastewater applications worldwide.  His role with the company progress from being an entry level engineer to being the president of the company the last 4+ yrs.  During that time, Victor oversaw and was directly involved in large scale municipal and industrial applications in all four corners of the world.  

Victor is fluently bilingual and holds a bachelor’s degree in Applied Science, Civil Engineering from Université de Moncton and a Management Development Program from University of Fredericton.  He is also a Professional Engineer (P.Eng) and a member of the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientist of New Brunswick.

Born and raised in Dieppe, Victor and his wife Janice have two children, Catherine and Nicolas which are both currently attending university.  In his spare time, Victor enjoys spending time with his family & friends camping and ATVing in the summer/fall months and playing hockey and snowmobiling in the winter months. 

Mr. Cormier was first appointed to the Commission effective 1 September 2022 for a (4) year term by Dieppe City Council.
