The Greater Moncton Sewerage Commission Director of Special Projects, Roland Richard, P.Eng. has been appointed to the working group on the National Guide to Sustainable Municipal Infrastructure/ Infraguide and as a Member of the Working Group on Conveyance and End-of-Pipe Measures for Stormwater Control.
